41. DONATIONS FROM CENTRAL AZ PROJECT, JAK KONRAD, SUN CITY PET CLUB, ROBERT WISNIEWSKI, JOYCE LESNIEWSKI AND GREGORY MERREL Accept monetary donations totaling $3,800 from Central AZ Project $400, Jak Konrad $900, Sun City Pet Club $500, Robert Wisniewski $500, Joyce Lesniewski $500 and Gregory Merrel $1,000 for the care of animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-17-011-D-00)
