35. DONATION FROM VERNA KULIS; BARBARA FORMAN; AND CYCLE GIVING FOR THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS Accept a monetary donation from Verna Kulis $251; Barbara Forman $500 and Cycle Giving $1,405 for the care of the animals. The total donations received are $2,156. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-17-033-M-00)
