28.NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH TICKLED PINK WEIMARANER RESCUEApprove an agreement between Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue, a 501(C)3 corporation and Maricopa County to allow Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor.

28. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH TICKLED PINK WEIMARANER RESCUE Approve an agreement between Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue, a 501(C)3 corporation and Maricopa County to allow Tickled Pink Weimaraner Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 3 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $123. The term of this Agreement is through June 30, 2019. (C-79-17-041-M-00)
