16. FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MARICOPA COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT ON BEHALF OF MESA COMMUNITY COLLEGE Approve and execute the First Amendment to an Agreement between Maricopa County, through Animal Care & Control, and the Maricopa County Community College District on behalf of Mesa Community College, in which Mesa Community College of Veterinary Medicine students house select animals provided by MCACC for the purpose of providing medically necessary veterinary services as part of the students' educational modules. The initial term of the Agreement was effective from January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2019. This Amendment shall extend the term of the Agreement for a one-year period from January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. (C-79-17-044-M-01)
