21. DONATION FROM NINA MASON PULLIAM CHARITABLE TRUST Accept the restricted monetary donation from Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust of Phoenix, AZ to fund an animal transport vehicle. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Maricopa County Animal Care and Control received $50,000 in a restricted donation to purchase an animal transport vehicle that will be used primarily to transport animals out of the County.
