20.DONATION FROM PET FINDER FOUNDATION FOR PLAY YARD RENOVATIONSAccept the restricted monetary donation of $4,635 from Pet Finder Foundation of Tucson, AZ to fund play yard renovations at the West Shelter. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. 20. DONATION FROM PET FINDER FOUNDATION FOR PLAY YARD RENOVATIONS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $4,635 from Pet Finder Foundation of Tucson, AZ to fund play yard renovations at the West Shelter. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-17-050-M-00)
