GRANT AMENDMENT DONATION OF FOOD FOR THE ANIMALS AT MARICOPA COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL Approve Grant Statement dated April 17, 2017 amending the Grant Agreement between PetSmart Charities, Inc. and Maricopa County through the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control Department (C- 79-11-142-3-00.) The Grant Statement provides a donation of dry cat and dog food valued in the amount of $175,535. The food will be used for the animals in the shelter. Acceptance of this donation does not violate the budget constraining provisions of A.R.S. §42-1705. (C-79-17-054-M-00)
