DONATION FROM BEST FRIENDS ANIMAL SOCIETY Accept the restricted monetary donation of $3,000.00 from Best Friends Animal Society of Kanab, UT to fund adoption fee waiver of animals in the shelter and animals that have the potential to end up in the shelter and network recruitment. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-17-055-D-00)
