24. DONATIONS FROM GENENTECH EMPLOYEE GIVING PROGRAM THROUGH BENEVITY Accept future monetary donations from Genentech through Benevity for the care of animals through Electronic Fund (EFT). Donation revenue funds are deposited into 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore, expenditures are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Who is Benevity?
