DONATION FROM NINA MASON PULLIAM CHARITABLE TRUST Accept restricted monetary donations totaling $40,000.00 from Nina Mason Pulliam Charitable Trust to be used, as designated, for an Alternative Placement Coordinator position for a minimum of one year. Donation revenue funds are deposited info Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. § 42-17105. This position is being funded to compliment prior funding for the purpose of a transport van to be used to transport animals out of Maricopa County. (C-79-18-008-D-00)
