16.NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH TUCSON COLD WET NOSESApprove an agreement between Tucson Cold Wet Noses and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control to allow Tucson Cold Wet Noses Rescue under the New Hope Program to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost

16. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH TUCSON COLD WET NOSES Approve an agreement between Tucson Cold Wet Noses and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control to allow Tucson Cold Wet Noses Rescue under the New Hope Program to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $55 for each animal transferred. Animal Care and Control estimates 360 New Hope transfers over the term of the agreement for a total of $19,800.00. The term of this agreement is from September 1, 2017 through August 31, 2020. (C-79-18-026-3-00)
