AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF TEMPE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve and execute the First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Tempe and Maricopa County, administered through Animal Care & Control, for animal control field services. The amended terms are as follows: 1. The term of the IGA shall be extended through June 30, 2019, with services retroactive to July 1, 2018. 2. The City of Tempe agrees to pay the sum of $175,000 based on full cost recovery for services from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 3. All other terms and conditions of the IGA shall remain in full force and effect. (C-79-18-045-3-01)

39. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF TEMPE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and execute the Second Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the City of Tempe and Maricopa County, administered through Animal Care & Control, for animal control services. The Second Amendment terms are as follows: 1. The term of the Agreement is renewed for a one (1) year period, effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 2. The Compensation Schedule (Appendix A) has been amended to include the service cost for the renewal period in the amount of $195,334. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-79-18-045-3-02)
