51. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ENGLISH SPRINGER RESCUE AMERICA, INC. Approve an agreement between English Springer Rescue America, Inc. and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control to allow English Springer Rescue America, Inc. under the New Hope Program to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $55 for each animal transferred. Animal Care and Control estimates 12 New Hope transfers over the term of the agreement for a total of $660. The term of this agreement is from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020. (C-79-18-076-3-00)
