55. DONATION FROM THE BISSELL FOUNDATION Accept the restricted monetary donation of $16,825 from the Bissell Foundation. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
