DONATIONS FROM CHRISTINE LOSCHIAVO, JOAN GREGORY, VINCE THOMAS, TRUIST COMPRENEN DISTRIBUTION,P ATRICIA ROCHA, SUN CITY PET CLUB, ROGER ELLIS Accept the un-restricted monetary donation of $250 from Christine Loschiavo, $300 from Joan Gregory, $300 from Vince Thomas, $333.80 from Truist Comprenen Distribution, $400 from Patricia Rocha, $500 from the Sun City Pet Club, $700 from Roger Ellis for the care of animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Maricopa County Animal Care and Control received $2,783.80 in donations for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
