IGA WITH TOWN OF GILBERT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control. The contract is to provide the Town of Gilbert with animal control field services as determined in the contract. The Town agrees to pay estimated $79,992 for enforcement of rabies/animal control in accordance with City/Town Rabies/Animal Ordinance with Leash Law based on full cost recovery for actual level of service. FIRST AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GILBERT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and execute the First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for animal control services between the Town of Gilbert and Maricopa County, administered through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. The amended terms are as follows: 1. The Term of the Agreement is renewed for a two (2) year period, effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021. 2. The Compensation Schedule (Appendix A) has been amended to include the service cost for the renewed period: July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 $182,182 July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 Amount to be determined 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. (C-79-18-085-3-01)
