24. APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT AND USE OF FUND BALANCE FOR ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL ENFORCEMENT FUND In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), authorize the following actions within the FY 2018 budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority for the Non Departmental (D470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Project (NRNP) in the line "Unreserved Contingency" (4711) in the amount of $150,000. b) Increase the expenditure authority in Animal Care and Control (D790) Animal Control Enforcement Fund (574) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount of $150,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenue duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. The purpose of this item is to appropriate funds to complete the outfitting of ten (10) new vehicles for Animal Care and Control's Enforcement efforts. (C-79-18-091-M-00)
