28. DONATIONS FROM CAROL MILLER, MARLENE BECK, ANONYMOUS, ROGER ELLIS, NORMAN WINER, MARGARET BLAIR, ST. HUBERTS ANIMAL WELFARE RESCUE, AND ARIZONA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION Accept the unrestricted monetary donation of $300 from Carol Miller, $300 from Marlene Beck, $500 from Anonymous, $700 from Roger Ellis, $1,000 from Norman Winer, $1,078.18 from Margaret Blair, $1,425 from St. Huberts Animal Welfare Rescue, and $15,000 from Arizona Community Foundation for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. Maricopa County Animal Care and Control received $20,303.18 in donations for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-093-D-00)
