30. RESTRICTED DONATION FROM ALEX STARKOVICH Accept the restricted monetary donation of $5,300 from Alex Starkovich to be used for payment of dog licensing fees during adoption events. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation is being made to promote adoptions at both the East and West shelter locations by funding the licensing fees for adopted dogs during adoption events. (C-79-18-099-D-00)
