31. RESTRICTED DONATION FROM NOAH CALDERON, LLC Accept the restricted monetary donation of $747.89 from Noah Calderon, LLC to be used for medical, veterinarian, and/or other expenses, as needed, for the care of the shelter dogs in the Petite Pet Projects program. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation is being funded for use by the Petite Pet Projects program ("P3"). P3 is a volunteer run section of MCACC West that facilitates adoptions by providing extra attention, socialization, and medical care for smaller dogs struggling in the regular shelter environment.
