37. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH TONYA HANCE DBA HEELING HEELERS HEARTS DOG RESCUE Approve an agreement between Tonya Hance d.b.a. Heeling Heelers Hearts Dog Rescue and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, to allow Heeling Heelers Hearts Dog Rescue under the New Hope Program to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age of older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $55 for each animal transferred. Animal Care and Control estimates 21 New Hope transfers over the term of the agreement for a total of $1,155. The term of this agreement is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020. (C-79-18-101-3-00)
