18. DONATION FROM ANNALIS WILSON Accept the restricted donation of $1,140 from Annalis Wilson to be used in payment of adoption fees at Animal Care and Control. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation by Annalis Wilson is for payment of the adoption fees for animals located in the West shelter of Animal Care and Control, in memory of her recently deceased dog. (C-79-18-115-D-00)
