27. DONATION FROM LOVEPUP FOUNDATION Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $1,000 from LovePup Foundation to be used in payment of 50 dog adoptions. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation is given for the sponsorship of 50 dog adoptions. (C-79-18-121-D-00)
