16. DONATION FROM ONE LOVE PIT BULL FOUNDATION Accept the restricted donation of $2,500 from One Love Pit Bull Foundation. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This restricted donation is being funded for the purchase of test kits needed for required medical testing prior to out-of-state animal transports. (C-79-18-129-D-00)
