18. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $20,000 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, to fund medical treatment for shelter animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation has been made to treat shelter animals whose medical needs require additional or supplemental treatment that cannot be provided by Animal Care and Control. (C-79-18-132-D-00)
