18. IGA WITH THE SALT RIVER PIMA-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control, and the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) for Animal Control Services. This IGA is effective from the date of execution through September 30, 2022, for services from October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2022. SRPMIC has requested to contract for five (5) years with Maricopa County Animal Care & Control for basic animal control field services. SRPMIC agrees to pay $17,159 for services as set forth in Appendix B of the IGA, based on full cost recovery for the actual level of services for the initial fiscal year. For the remaining fiscal years payment from SRPMIC will be based on full cost recovery and will be adjusted according to field service levels and budgets for those years. (C-79-18-135-3-00)
