25. DONATION FROM ARIZONA ANIMAL RESCUE MISSION, INC. Accept the restricted donation of $6,188 from the Arizona Animal Rescue Mission, Inc. (AARM), to be used to sponsor 364 dog adoption fees during an adoption event at Animal Care & Control from April 12, 2018 through April 15, 2018. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-138-D-00)
