26. DONATION FROM ARIZONA ANIMAL RESCUE MISSION, INC. Accept the restricted donation of $284.40 from the Arizona Animal Rescue Mission, Inc. (AARM) for the purchase of the medication, Fluconazole, to treat shelter dogs diagnosed with Valley Fever. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-139-D-00)
