DONATIONS FOR APRIL 2018 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of Robert Foley ($250), Denis O'Shaughnessy ($250), Truist Comprenen Distribution ($277), Jak Konrad ($300), David Crabb ($500), Almost There Foster Care Rescue ($1,725), and Nick & Brittany McClain ($5,000), totaling $8,302 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-140-D-00)
