31. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND Accept the restricted donation in the amount of $7,062.83 to purchase a new dental machine for use in the shelter clinic. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-146-D-00)
