DONATIONS FOR MAY 2018 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of Round Rock Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a Papa John's ($281.62), Truist Comprenen Distribution ($1,227), Virginia Jannink ($1,000), Dripping Dog ($2,412), and Benevity Community Impact Fund on behalf of Plant Intel ($9,900) for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-18-147-D-00)
