33. DONATION FROM DON YEAGER, TTEE Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $10,000 from Don Yeager, TTEE to be used in payment of adoption fees during fee waived adoption events. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
