DONATION FROM ONE LOVE PIT BULL FOUNDATION AND TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND Accept the monetary donation of $6,132 from One Love Pit Bull Foundation and Two Pups Wellness Fund used for payment of two hundred ninety-two (292) dog licensing fees during an adoption event. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation is being made to promote adoptions at both the East and West shelter locations by funding the licensing fees for adopted dogs during an adoption event. (C-79-19-002-D-00)
