DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND THROUGH THE ARIZONA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION Accept the restricted monetary donation of $10,000 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, to be used for medical and veterinarian expenses as needed for shelter animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. This donation is being funded for the purpose of treating animals whose medical needs require additional or supplemental treatment that cannot be provided by Maricopa County Animal Care & Control.
