41. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH WHO SAVED WHO RESCUE Approve an agreement between Who Saved Who Rescue and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, to allow Who Saved Who Rescue to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $51 for each animal transferred in FY 2019 and $52 for each animal transferred thereafter. Animal Care and Control estimates 24 New Hope transfers over the term of the agreement for a total of $1,226. The term of this agreement is August 1, 2018 through July 31, 2019. (C-79-19-005-3-00)

27. AMENDMENT TO NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH WHO SAVED WHO RESCUE Approve and execute the First Amendment to the General Services Contract - New Hope General Program Agreement ("New Hope Agreement") between Maricopa County, administered through Animal Care and Control, and Who Saved Who Rescue. The First Amendment will extend the New Hope Agreement for a three (3) year term, effective August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2022, as well as replace and supersede Section XVI - Israel Boycott to reflect current policy language. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Animal Care and Control estimates 165 New Hope transfers to Who Saved Who Rescue over the three (3) year term of the amended Agreement. The cost per transfer is $52/animal in FY2020 and thereafter, for a total of $8,580. (C-79-19-005-3-01)
