15. IGA WITH TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY FOR BASIC ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, through Maricopa Animal Care & Control, and the Town of Paradise Valley for animal control services. The initial term of the IGA is effective from the date of execution through June 30, 2021, for services rendered from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021, with the option for renewals as set forth in the Agreement. The Town of Paradise Valley agrees to pay the sum of $9,898 for services rendered during the first year of the IGA from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with future payments as set forth in Paragraph 14 and Appendix A of the Agreement.
