IGA WITH THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR BASIC ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County, through Maricopa Animal Care & Control, and the Town of Wickenburg for animal control services. The initial term of the IGA is effective from the date of execution through June 30, 2019, for services rendered from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with the option for renewals as set forth in the Agreement. The Town of Wickenburg agrees to pay the sum of $3,136 for services rendered during the initial term of the IGA from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019, with future payments as set forth in Paragraph 14 and Appendix A of the Agreement.
