KENNEL PERMIT FOR LORETTA JOHNSON Approve kennel permit K19-000066 pursuant to A.R.S. §11-1009 for Loretta Johnson, 503 East Kenwood Street, Mesa, AZ 85203 in District 2 for a one-year period beginning the first day of the month following Board approval. The cost of a kennel permit is $350, effective June 1, 2018. This application was initiated prior to June 1, 2018, but not completed by that date through no fault of the parties.
