28. DONATIONS FROM ARIZONA ANIMAL RESCUE MISSION (AARM) Accept the following generous donations from the Arizona Animal Rescue Mission (AARM): * In-kind donation of thirty-two (32) boxes of Bravecto, a flea/tick medication used in treatment of animals housed at Animal Care & Control, valued at $9,713; * Restricted monetary donation of $10,827 to purchase fifty (50) bottles of Convenia, an injectable, antibiotic medication used in treatment of animals housed at Animal Care & Control; * Restricted monetary donation of $932 for payment of an invoice for rented shade structures and coolers used at an adoption event held at the East shelter location; * Restricted monetary donation of $6,195 in payment of two hundred ninety-five (295) dog licensing fees at $21/license during adoption events. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-030-D-00)
