DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $705 for the purchase of microchips to be used for impounded stray dogs that are returned to their owners. The current cost of a microchip is $5. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
