DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND TO SUPPORT THE ADOPTION OF ADULT DOGS Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $1,428 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, thru the Arizona Community Foundation, in payment of the adoption fees for 68 adult dogs. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-036-D-00)
