35. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $980 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, for the purchase of microchips to be used for impounded dogs being returned to their owners. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-1710. (C-79-19-042-D-00)
