23. DONATION FROM ONE LOVE PIT BULL FOUNDATION FOR ADOPTION FEES Accept the restricted monetary donation of $2,700 from One Love Pit Bull Foundation to be used in payment of 108 dog adoption fees. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-044-D-00)
