DONATIONS OVER $250 FOR SEPTEMBER Accept the unrestricted monetary donations over $250 from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona ($400), Roger Ellis ($400), Almost There Foster Care Rescue ($490), Lance Blanchard ($500), and Jacqueline Page ($1,193) for a total of $2,983 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-045-D-00)
