DONATION FROM KENDA SEAVERS ON BEHALF OF THE ANIMAL LOVERS OF LAVEEN FOR ADOPTION FEES Accept the restricted monetary donations of $1,100 and $2,075 from Kenda Seavers, on behalf of the Animal Lovers of Laveen, to be used in sponsorship of 127 animal adoption fees. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-047-D-00)
