DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MEDICAL/VETERINARIAN EXPENSES Accept the restricted monetary donation of $10,000 from the Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, to be used for medical and veterinarian expenses for shelter animals that require additional or supplemental treatment that cannot be provided by Animal Care & Control. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-051-D-00)
