20. DONATION FROM THE ARIZONA COMPANION ANIMALS SPAY/NEUTER COMMITTEE FOR ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL'S PUBLIC SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM Accept the restricted monetary donation of $7,250 from the Arizona Companion Animals Spay/Neuter Committee, through PetSmart Charities, Inc., to fund Animal Care & Control's public spay/neuter program. This donation will allow Animal Care and Control to offer no cost and/or low cost spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs owned by residents of Maricopa County. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-073-D-00)
