DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MICROCHIPS AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT Accept the restricted donation of $3,642 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, for the following: *$485 for the purchase of microchips used for dogs returned to their owners. *$3,157 for the purchase of a Bovie Electrosurgical Machine for the Animal Care and Control clinic. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-075-D-00)
