32. DONATIONS IN EXCESS OF $250 FOR DECEMBER 2018 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations in excess of $250, totaling $22,319, for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
