REQUEST FOR REVIEW OVER BASELINE FOR ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL (D790) Approve the exception to the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget Guidelines and Priorities allowing the review of the following requests over baseline: 1. $1,604,019 in General Fund (F100) Operating (1000) 2. $155,000 in General Fund (F100) Non Recurring (NRNP) 1. The budget request for General Fund Operating includes an increase in the subsidy of $1,451,613 for shelter operations and $152,406 for field enforcement activities for unincorporated Maricopa County. 2. The budget request of $155,000 in non-recurring funds is for the replacement of two field enforcement trucks and the conversion of an existing truck into a flatbed. This is requested as there will be no reserve funds available to meet this need. (C-79-19-088-2-00)
